Preschool Schedule

Options to best fit your needs

  • Story Book's preschool program runs Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, and Friday from Labor Day to Memorial Day each year.

  • We offer part-time or full-time options.

  • Part-time:

    • AM preschool runs from 8:15am-11:15am.

    • PM preschool runs from 12:30pm-3:30pm.

  • Full-time preschool runs from 8:15am-3:30pm with lunch included.

  • No matter what your child needs, each of our programs will provide the support and tools necessary for optimal growth.

Imaginative Play

Play-based opportunities

Each program provides time for your child to engage in free and guided play to promote gains in math, literacy, motor, and social-emotional development.

Academic Outcomes & School Readiness

Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead

  • Our curriculum and approach to planning is based off child interest and promotes learning across all the domains.

    • S=Science

    • T=Technology

    • E=Engineering

    • A=Art

    • M=Math

  • Our assessments follow progression of the Iowa Early Learning Standards and specific learning outcomes as children prepare for kindergarten.

Community Opportunities

Partnering with Organizations

Story Book is a community partner and we are always looking for ways to have fun outside of the center.
